Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 15, 2026

SafeHome Utah Pro Remodeling (“SafeHome Utah,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. We are a remodeling contractor, not a data company, and we treat the information you share with us the same way we treat your home: carefully, and only for the work you asked us to do. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through safehomeutah.com (the “Site”), how we use it, who processes it on our behalf, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

When you fill out our contact form, complete our project survey, or book an in-home appointment through the Site, we collect the information you choose to give us. Depending on the form, this may include:

  • Your full name
  • Your phone number
  • Your street address and city (so we know where the project is)
  • Details about your remodeling project, such as the rooms involved, your goals, your rough timeline and budget expectations, and any photos, measurements, or notes you choose to share

You are never required to provide more than what a form asks for, and you can always call us at (385) 249-3445 instead of using an online form.

Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, the Site uses cookies and similar analytics technologies that automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as the pages you view, how long you stay on them, the type of device and browser you use, your general geographic region, and the website that referred you to us. This information does not identify you by name; it helps us understand how visitors use the Site so we can make it better.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
  • Schedule, confirm, and remind you about in-home appointments
  • Prepare estimates, scopes of work, and design concepts for your project
  • Manage your project and communicate with you while work is underway
  • Understand how the Site is used and improve its content and performance
  • Comply with applicable laws, licensing requirements, and record-keeping obligations

We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to your project or your relationship with us.

Consent to Calls and Text Messages

By providing your phone number through our contact form, project survey, or booking calendar, you expressly consent to receive phone calls and text (SMS) messages from SafeHome Utah Pro Remodeling about your inquiry, your appointments, and your project. This may include calls or texts placed using automated technology.

  • Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from us.
  • Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and project activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
  • You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for assistance.
  • You may also revoke your consent at any time by calling us at (385) 249-3445.

No mobile opt-in information or text messaging consent is ever shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How Your Information Is Processed

The contact form, project survey, and appointment booking calendar on the Site are powered by LeadConnector, a customer relationship platform that securely transmits and stores form submissions on our behalf. Information you submit through these tools is processed by LeadConnector in accordance with its own privacy practices and security standards. We use this platform solely to manage inquiries, scheduling, and project communications; it does not give anyone else the right to use your information.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and analytics tools to measure Site traffic and understand which pages are most useful to visitors. These tools may set cookies on your device. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will still work if you do, though some features may behave differently. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you.

How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period. We share information only in these limited situations:

  • Service providers. Platforms that operate parts of the Site or our business on our behalf, such as LeadConnector for forms and scheduling and our analytics providers, and only so they can perform those services for us.
  • Project needs. Trusted subcontractors and suppliers, and only to the extent needed to complete your project (for example, sharing the project address with a countertop fabricator scheduled to template your kitchen).
  • Legal requirements. When required by law, court order, or a government authority, or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us, and we work with established platforms that maintain their own security programs. That said, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to share only the project information a form asks for.

Data Retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as it is needed to respond to your inquiry, complete your project, honor warranties, and meet legal and licensing record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.

Your Privacy Rights

You may ask us at any time to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • Correct information that is inaccurate or out of date
  • Delete your personal information, subject to legal record-keeping requirements
  • Stop contacting you about anything other than an active project

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, including the Utah Consumer Privacy Act. To exercise any of these rights, call us at (385) 249-3445 and we will handle your request promptly, typically within 45 days.

Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for homeowners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information through the Site, call us and we will delete it.

Links to Other Websites

The Site may link to websites we do not operate, such as manufacturer pages for products we install. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our practices or legal requirements change. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect means you accept the updated policy.
